SHIPPING

Local (Singapore & Malaysia)

Delivery is free. Orders are shipped via trusted local couriers, and a tracking number will be sent to the email provided.

Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days.

 

International

Worldwide express shipping is free for orders above SGD 500.

Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days from the date tracking details are received.


Duties, Taxes & Customs

All international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

We are not liable for any additional costs or delays due to customs processing or undelivered parcels. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

 


 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges on items that are defective or sent in the wrong size. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and the exchange request must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

To request an exchange, please email help@depression.com.sg with your order number and reason for exchange. Once approved, you will be given return instructions.

Please note: return shipping is at your own cost. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please send a clear photo of the item within 24 hours of receiving it. All replacement cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
